Pet Friendly
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
Breed Restrictions
Breed restricted dogs are Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler.
Weight Limits
We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.
Pet Fees
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. Pet Fees (one-time non-refundable): $300 one-time pet fee for one pet $350 for two (due at move-in) and monthly pet rent is $50 for one pet and $75 for two pets. 2 Pet maximum. AION does not have weight restrictions in its pet policy.
